I coloured the image with copics, I cut out the image another two times to paper piece it,I cut out the flourishes and leave with the green paper and made three flowers with the striped paper added a little lady bug in amongst the flowers
This is a lovely image and one I will use a bit

Indi

For this challenge at creative knockouts is anything goes with an image from StarStampz I am using this image spring flower and I decided to do it as a birthday card for our youngest grand daughter

I coloured the image with copics, cut and embossed the purple card I put a piece of vellum over the image, just to tone it down a bit, and adhered it all to the white base Indi loves butterflies and fairies so the butterflies are ribbon that I cut and put one on top of the other and when they are dried properly I can raise the top butterflies wings cut the flower and crown with the cuttle bug doing a purple heart put some clear flower gems randomly, made the name tag with alphabet beads and spacers I am happy with how it turned out hopefully she will like it
So now I am ahead for the grandkids birthday cards

sunshine delight

For this Challenge at creative knockouts the theme is love/valentines/anniversary with a image from polkadoodles called sunshine delight

I had this base card, and as I am trying to use up some of my bits, thought it would be good for this image I coloured it with copics then decided to use this die only thing was I haven't used it a lot so I had one bit of die too much, so it separated the frame and image, and as I didn't want to colour in another one I decided to distress ink the edges turned out well
The purple flower and leaves, the pink sentiment, that was a new die, keeping with the colour scheme I cut with The Cuttle Bug I then added some flat pearl beads

Retro Toaster

For my first post for this year at creative knockouts is for this image from streamside studios called retro toaster I thought it was a fun wee set and I would use it a bit

After having my annual cleanup of my craft room I decided I needed to use up some of my scrappy bits so I put these two papers together with a ribbon fussy cut the images and coloured with copics My grandson Alex wanted a copy of the pic and it was his idea to cut the toaster and put the slice of toast through it I cut the hats and bow from the dotty backing paper rather than using the copics The sentiments came with the image set the bottom sentiment is adhered to Brown card as the pink got  a bit lost

Christmas Pony

This week at Creative Knockouts, is for Snow Much Fun, using this image christmas pony present from Hetty Clare

I printed two images off coloured them with copics then I fussy cut one of them, as the scan n cut would not pick them up, I adhered the image to red card then onto a pre-cut card with dots, I then laid the horse flat and the Santa with foam dots I added some ribbon and put a christmas tree on it  I also put dewdrop water droplets on to represent the snow

Purple tree

For  this challenge at Creative knockouts is for lots of layers and we had a image from leannsworld  and I am using presents

This is for the youngest granddaughter Indi purple is her favourite colour so that's what colour I have gone for There is  two Backing Papers one is dots the other flowers they are adhered to purple card with two rows of lace  and all adhered to white base card The small white card is also on purple card  then the tree coloured with copics the merry christmas I downloaded and printed off twelve of them ,the rest to be used at some stage, they were coloured with copics and a sparkly gel pen was used for the stars I put double sided tape on the top and bottom of one that was not coloured then stuck the coloured one on top I then fussy cut them out made it so much easier to stick together and stick to the card there is a little pocket inside the card where I will put some money into

I can imagine Indi telling me that christmas trees are not purple but here in NZ we have a summer christmas so I like to do some christmas cards non traditional

Hubbies Birthday

Robin my Husband had a birthday the other day, this image I have had a while but until now had never used The three youngest grandsons thought it was hilarious and just like pop, mind you they can be just as bad, and I have been known to call him an old fart occasionally

I have not put a backing paper on the card I just wanted the image and die cut to stand out (and I was running out of time to get it finished) The sentiment is one of my new dies The image  and small sentiment was printed straight onto the card and has been coloured with copics
He had a laugh and was happy with it
